Information and Documents
1. Our office is open Monday thru Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM, closed for lunch 12:00PM to 12:30PM. We are closed Saturday & Sunday.
2. We have a drop box located in our parking lot where you may drop off your rent payments.
3. Our emergency line is 541-272-1990.
4. All deposits are kept in an FDIC insured Client Trust Account.
5. You are required to give Dolphin Real Estate LLC a 30-day notice prior to vacating. You may download your 30-day notice and move out instructions here and submit the form to our office. A representative from Dolphin Real Estate LLC must sign and complete the notice for it to be valid.
