Our Application Process

There is a non-refundable screening fee of $45.00 per person. We will accept the first qualified applicant.

It is the policy of Dolphin Real Estate, LLC not to discriminate against anyone in any respect of the rental of apartments or houses because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability or familial status (having children under age of 18). Each applicant over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application.

Any information that is provided by the applicant which is unreadable, incomplete, or cannot be verified may be grounds for rejection. Information provided may be made available to other agencies or services for verification either during application or during occupancy, if approved during occupancy. By completing and submitting the application, applicant does not acquire any rights in any rental unit. Should the application be approved, applicant shall have one day to complete the rental agreement and pay identified fees, deposits, and rents within 24 Hours of acceptance.

If you have an aid/assistance/companion animal, you must notify Dolphin Real Estate LLC prior to moving in so we may supply you with additional paperwork we will need completed.

All utilities must be transferred in your name prior to receiving keys/possession to your rental. See utility list for that information.
